Educational Displays

Projected animations and video are now commonplace
where static display boards were previously used.

The Medium conveys the Message

Words and pictures on static display boards are "yesterday's message" and don't engage the attention. In contrast, projected words and pictures have the look of "the latest thing" and generate interest.

Projecting your message is particularly applicable where you need to update your information frequently, and if parts of your presentation are more static, you can use a cheaper slide projector to display those sections.

It also allows you to tailor your presentation for different audiences, giving more or less information as appropriate.

A projected display can be practial and economic - where previously a separate video monitor may have shown VHS tapes, on a projected display you can include video and animations right along with the text.

Fly a little higher

Computerised displays offer much more potential in the area of interactivity. Visitors can respond to questions, watch a slide show, or ask for more information, using colour-coded buttons or a more novel form of input.

Where a visitor requests more in-depth information, they can be automatically directed to a separate information terminal, where more detailed pages are shown, and print-outs may be generated.

For applications where visitors must move on after a period of time, the display can direct people to the next section, and welcome a new batch of visitors.
